Women's Over-30
Womens over 30 largely consists of “Old Lady Soccer” teams for which the average age is about 40. For many ladies this is a first time venturing into team sports and we want it to be welcoming. Unlike most other leagues, exercise and avoiding injury is a much higher priority than winning. This league also differs in that it is a community of the whole league rather than just the team.
