Arena Sports offers a variety of soccer programs for women. Our goal is to provide leagues for all ability levels and offer opportunities to move up as your skills develop.

Here, you don't have to be a pro to play. In fact, in our beginner leagues means just that - beginner. If we find out you've played before, we'll move you to a different league. Now, if you have played before - we have recreational and competitive options for you too.

  • Women's Beginner (aka self-named Old Lady Beginners) - For Beginner players
  • Women's DO30 (aka self-named Old Lady Soccer League) - For Older Recreational and Beginner soccer players
  • Women's C - Competitive womens soccer for players with soccer experience
  • Women's D - Recreational soccer for players with soccer experience
  • Coed A, B & C - Competitive soccer for players with soccer experience

Our Women's C and D divisions, and Coed A, B & C are a lot like leagues you've seen before either here at Arena Sports, or through other leagues.

Old Lady Soccer
Our "Old Lady" divisions are different. Now, before you get upset with the name "Old Lady," you need to read more. The women in our league self-named themselves "Old Lady" - not us!

Our "Old Lady" divisions are focused mostly on exercise and socializing. They are community based in that the whole league knows each other and supports each other. 

The beginner division is non-contact and no score is kept. Its goal is to get people who have never played soccer an opportunity to get involved. The beginner league is for women over 35 and for younger women who are true beginners.  The "Old Lady" leagues are unique in that they have "matriarchs" that help administer and welcome people into the leagues. Group socializing for all league participants is strongly encouraged after games. They provide a great way to get out of the house, get some exercise, and hang out with friends.  Supervised inflatables are offered for early games for moms with kids.
