Recreational indoor adult soccer provides a smaller field size, quick subbing opportunities and endless chances at goal as compared to traditional outdoor play. Plus, it generally puts less strain on your joints and muscles. Arena Sports simplifies the sign-up process for all players aged 16 and above, whether you’re joining as an individual seeking a team or as part of an existing team. - Games available every day of the week, based on level and location
- No games before 5:40pm or after 11:10pm
- 12 games per season (Summer and Fall are 6-8 games)
- Men, Women & Coed leagues
- One game per week (some weeks may have double-headers)
- Games are 50-minutes long
- Ages 16 & older (parent permission required)
- Arena Sports membership is required

It’s Never too Late to Learn!Join our Skills Institute Adult Clinic for additional practice and basic technical training. This program is designed for beginner soccer for adults. Each week we will focus on one of the Skills Institute Core Concepts and then end the class with a 20-minute scrimmage – everyone’s favorite!
We offer open enrollment so you can join anytime. Space is limited – sign up today!

Drop-In Soccer at Arena SportsLooking for something fun to do on your night off? Come to an Arena Sports near you and join a Drop-In Soccer game. The vibe is friendly and fun, yet competitive. Respect the RefAt Arena Sports, our goal is to promote a fun, soccer-loving community. Confronting and verbally abusing referees can often lead to cards, which is no fun for anyone. It’s not realistic to expect a referee to call a perfect match — just like it’s not realistic to expect that players will PLAY a perfect match.
