At Arena Sports, our families’ safety is our top priority. We are strictly adhering to the phased guidelines set forth by the government to ensure a healthy environment and our programs will be modified accordingly. 

Here are some of the changes we’ve made:

  • Limited number of people in our buildings at one time, following the government’s phased capacity guidelines.
  • Smaller class/camp group sizes:
    • 9:1 camper-to-staff ratio for Camps
    • 5:1 child-to-coach ratio for Skills Institute classes 
  • Modified class/camp activities to encourage adequate social distancing.
  • Our staff will be doing regular cleanings of equipment and facilities with hospital-grade disinfectant. In addition, thorough disinfecting will be done each evening.
  • Facility flow and seating have been adapted to allow for ample spacing.
  • Frequent hand-washing for kids will be encouraged during the camp day and before and after classes. 
  • Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipe stations are conveniently located throughout our buildings. 
  • FunZones at all facilities will be closed until Phase 3
  • Masks:
    • Arena Sports staff will wear masks.
    • Adults must wear masks while in our facilities.
    • Masks for kids are optional.
  • Daily wellness checks will be performed on all employees, per government guidelines
  • Kids will get their temperatures checked using a touchless thermometer before class sessions/camp.
  • Drive-up drop-off and pick-up protocols for camp at all locations except for SODO.
  • Staff will receive education and training on prevention, in accordance with the CDC guidelines.
  • Mill Creek Family Entertainment Center:
    • Bowling and arcade are open, with spacing and cleaning modifications.
    • Laser tag and ropes course will reopen in Phase 3, with capacity and cleaning modifications.
    • We will not be offering field trips to the Mill Creek Family Entertainment center during the month of June.
