Arcade Card Bundles*

Purchase $10 Arcade Cards to be used after your party is over at a discounted rate. These are great to give to guests in lieu of goodie bags or as a fun addition to their goodie bags. Guests can use their arcade card to play games or Laser Tag.

  • 10 – $10 Arcade cards = $90
  • 15 – $10 Arcade cards = $125
  • 20 – $10 Arcade cards = $160

Inflatable FunZone Bundle*

What to expect when you’re ready to party!

Complementary Invitations

If you would like complimentary invitations to mail to your party guests, please contact your Party Coordinator for pickup arrangements.

After booking your birthday party, your Party Coordinator will contact you to review details: number of guests, food options, birthday jersey, etc. If details change, don’t hesitate to contact an Arena Sports host or your Party Coordinator at any point before your party. Two to three days before your celebration, we’ll call to review all final plans.

Please have your guests arrive a few minutes early to make sure your party starts on time. We have lots of spaces for your guests to hang out until your activity and party table is available. Please understand that the party table will be available to you after your activity. Before that, you’ll have a designated area for gifts. If there is a party before yours, the table will be cleaned and prepared for you to use.

Simply let us know the Wednesday before your party what you’d like to order from Moe’s Kitchen and we’ll do the rest. Outside food is not allowed in our facilities, except for cake and ice cream. In addition, we’ll provide you with white table covers, paper plates, cups, napkins and plastic utensils.

Waivers Are Required

Every guest is required to have a signed waiver before participating at an Arena Sports facility. If the participant is under the age of 18, the waiver must be signed by a legal parent or guardian. To expedite the process, you may create a profile and sign the waiver online.

Things change. We understand. However, by taking your reservation we exclude others from that spot – regardless of whether you host your party on that day, cancel or reschedule. Therefore, there is a $100 cancellation/rescheduling fee for party changes less than 15 days in advance.

The Arena Sports team is dedicated to providing the greatest party experience for you and your guests. Gratuities are not expected, however, if you find that we have exceeded your expectations, we would greatly appreciate your referral to friends and family. Gratuities are completely at the discretion of the guest, and if you choose to give your host/coach a gratuity, it would be much appreciated.

This place is huge and great for kids’ birthdays. They also give you full service for the party portion of your event. At the table, they provide the plates, cups, utensils, napkins, food, everything. They set it up, they serve everyone, and they break it down and throw everything away for you.
