How to Redeem
Simply stop by the front desk on your child’s birthday and let us know it’s their special day. We’ll handle the rest! If your child’s birthday falls on a day we’re closed, you can come in the following day instead.

This special birthday perk is available for kids up to age 18. Whether you’re exploring “birthday parties near me,” planning an arcade birthday party, or just adding some birthday fun to their day, Arena Sports is ready to make it memorable.
Birthday Party FAQs
Our party packages are easily booked online. Simply select your preferred location and party type to view available dates and times, if no results are found that means all available times for that package have already been booked. New customers will be prompted to create a profile in order to book. If you are interested in booking a custom package, please reach out directly to your location’s party coordinator.
At Arena Sports, you can book a party online up to 90 days in advance.
After booking your birthday party, you will receive an invoice with confirmation details via email. These details include information on arrival time, decorations, food, add-ons and more, as well as contact information for your party coordinator. If your details change, don’t hesitate to email or call your Party Coordinator.
Birthday party bookings are accepted up to 90 days prior to the event. However, all reservations must be finalized a minimum of 8 to 10 days in advance.
Is there an age limit on having a party at Arena Sports?
Each party package has a recommended age range to ensure the party participants will have the best time. Please see individual packages and party locations for more information. If you’re looking for a similar party package for adults, send us your event plans through this form, and our Events team will reach out with more information.
Parties at Issaquah, Mill Creek, and Redmond include food and drinks from our in-house restaurant, Moe’s Kitchen & Bar. Therefore, with the exception of a birthday dessert, outside food and beverages are not allowed at these locations. Let us know by 12pm on the Monday before your party what you’d like to order from our in-house restaurant, and we’ll do the rest.
For parties hosted at Magnuson and SODO, outside food is permitted as we do not offer a food package. Many guests bring fruit and vegetable trays, snacks, and a birthday dessert. Outside beverages are not allowed, however we offer a variety of drinks available for purchase at these locations.
Generic place settings will be provided, but you are welcome to bring table decorations such as special themed place settings, tablecloths, and centerpieces. Banners and wall decorations are allowed in party rooms (not mezzanines) but must be hung up with tape provided by Arena Sports.
Arena Sports does not allow helium balloons, piñatas, projectiles (such as poppers or confetti), or outside vendors. If you have any questions about acceptable items, please contact your party coordinator.
If details change or you are interested in adding extra guests, don’t hesitate to contact your Party Coordinator. Please reference your party booking confirmation email for your coordinator contact information.
Every guest who will be participating in activities is required to have a signed waiver before participating at an Arena Sports facility. If the participant is under the age of 18, the waiver must be signed by a legal parent or guardian. To expedite the process, select your preferred party location from below and create a profile to sign the waiver online. Share with all your guests ahead of time!

We understand that plans can change. However, once a party reservation is made, that date and time are held exclusively for you, preventing others from booking it. Therefore, any party changes (cancellation or rescheduling) made less than 15 days prior to the party will incur a $100 fee.
The Arena Sports team is committed to ensuring an exceptional party experience for you and your guests. While gratuities are not obligatory, if you feel that we have gone above and beyond, we sincerely appreciate any referrals to friends and family. Gratuities are entirely at your discretion, and if you decide to offer a gratuity to your host or coach, it will be warmly received. 100% of the party and event service fee is retained by Arena Sports and then distributed to our employees to provide competitive wages and benefits, allowing for exceptional customer service and experience.
