A Family Entertainment Center (FEC) Host will provide a safe, clean, fun, friendly, and structured environment for all customers. The FEC host will be responsible for the attraction they are stationed at, running all equipment and leading customers in safety the protocols. FEC Hosts need to be professional, great communicators, organized, safe, able to manage busy situations and, and above all, of course, create a fun experience for the customer.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers approaching the attractions, and be ready to assist in any way
  • Know and understand the daily schedule for the different attractions
  • Explain all the needed rules and policies for each attraction
  • Adhere to strict safety rules for customers using the equipment
  • Responsible for setting up, cleaning up, and maintaining the attractions. Tasks may include deep cleaning, testing, and fixing equipment used at each station.
  • Walk customers through the process of purchasing points for the attraction and help direct them to the correct places to purchase
  • Ensure each group of customers is following rule and policies during the game, time of play, or spectating
  • Provide an exceptional experience for all customers including walk-ins, party participants, campers, and event groups.
  • Keep attraction area clean and to the standard of Arena Sports
  • Complete opening and closing duties required of the attractions
  • Performs his or her job in a friendly, courteous manner at all times
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manger

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and with customers
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
  • Must be able to work weekend days as well as weekdays

Arena Sports is looking for friendly, outgoing individuals for a host/front desk position. Must be great at multitasking, work well in a team environment and be very self-driven. Must be able to obtain a Class 12 Mixology permit. Mostly night and weekend hours with a flexible schedule preferred.

Provide a safe, fun, friendly, and structured environment for adult and youth league participants. An Arena Sports referee will be responsible for managing team rosters, promote and enforce safe play in all leagues, manage game and enforce indoor specific soccer rules of play, all while providing a great customer experience of sportsmanship and fair play. Referees need to be professional, great communicators, organized, manage stressful situations, and of course customer friendly.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Greet teams while entering the field
  • Review game schedules and rosters for those games
  • Help identify players that need waivers or need to make payment for the league
  • Responsible for cleaning up and maintaining an organized field and player bench area
  • Adhere to strict soccer and safety rules for league players while following company policies
  • Assist league players on understanding rules specific to indoor soccer
  • Manage games professionally and consistently to the standards of Arena Sports
  • Provide an exceptional league experience for players and spectators
  • Communicate any necessary needs to League Manager such as customer follow up, team payments, or foul play
  • Performs his or her job in a friendly, courteous manner at all times
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

Qualifications: 

  • Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker
  • Prior experience as a referee is not required (Arena Sports Referee training once hired)
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and with customers
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 20 pounds
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 4 hours)

Provide a safe, fun, friendly, and structured environment for Lil’ Kickers participants. As a Lil’ Kickers coach, you will be responsible for groups of kids, ages ranging from 18 months to 12 years old, during Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute classes, leading them in different soccer activities and development games while providing a safe environment for all. Coaches need to be professional, great communicators, organized, safe, able to manage behaviors, and of course fun.

The position would be Part-time.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and welcome those participants in class
  • Explain all program rules and policies to kids and parents
  • Adhere to strict safety rules for Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute participants
  • Manage and organize daily lesson plans for classes. Weekly curriculum is provided
  • Responsible for set up, clean up, and maintaining a field
  • Attend pre-shift training and planning meetings before classes
  • Continued coaches training throughout the seasons
  • Providing recommendation cards to students at the end of each session
  • Communication before and after classes with parents about their child’s progress
  • Attend daily meetings before class and quarterly trainings
  • Requirement to work at least 1 weekend shift each week
  • Required to work consistent shifts throughout each session
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker.
  • Prior experience as a coach not required
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and with customers
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Be able to work on your feet for an extended period of time
  • Must be able to work weekends

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional entertainment experience for our customers. A Birthday Party Host’s attitude and customer service greatly affect the customer experience party guest have at Arena Sports. You have six main functions: servicing birthday parties and group events, verifying waivers, preparing all party areas, up selling café items and party add-ons, keeping the party on their strict schedule, and cleaning party area to accommodate the next party.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet parties and assist customers with waiver completion
  • Prepare party guests for attractions they will be doing during the party
  • Explain all the needed rules and policies for the party
  • Responsible for setting up, cleaning up, and maintaining party tables
  • Adhere to strict party timing schedule
  • Party hosts will accompany party during their attractions pre-purchased with the party
  • Help serve food, beverages, and cake to party guests
  • Ensure there is adequate space/seating for all party guests
  • Ensure each party receives everything included in the package or any special requests
  • Provide an exceptional birthday experience to birthday guest of honor and all parents and guests
  • Keep workstation area clean and organized
  • Monitor, clean and organize party area
  • Restock any and all party supplies and party add-ons as needed
  • Promote additional sales of party add-ons and merchandise
  • Ensure that all trash and debris are cleared from party area
  • Ensure that all chairs, tables and tablecloths are evenly aligned and tidy
  • Ensure all party gifts and belongings have left with the party guest of honor, otherwise, contact party parents when time allows

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as in a service position preferred, but not required
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and with customers

As a swim instructor, you will be responsible for groups of kids during group lessons and a single child during private lessons, leading them in different swim development while providing a safe environment for all. Swim instructors need to be professional, great communicators, organized, safe, able to manage behaviors, and of course fun.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet swim participants and welcome those in your classes
  • Explain all pool and swim lesson safety rules and policies
  • Adhere to strict safety rules for swim participants and staff policies
  • Manage and organize daily lesson plans for group and private lessons
  • Responsible for set up, clean up, and maintaining an organized pool area
  • Attend pre-shift training and planning meetings before lessons
  • Continued training on swimming skills to better teaching abilities
  • Providing recommendation cards to students after sessions end
  • Communication before and after lessons with parents about swim progress
  • Keeping up to date with pool information
  • Being certified as a Shallow Water Lifeguard (Certification done once hired)
  • Attend daily meetings before class and monthly in-services for training
  • Requirement to work at least 1 weekend shift each week
  • Required to be able to work lifeguarding shift after certified
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker.
  • Prior experience as a swim instructor not required
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and with customers
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Be able to work in an indoor pool and water for an extended period of time
  • Must be able to work weekends
