What auction items do you donate?

Arena Sports donates auction certificates for either a Lil’ Kickers or Skills Institute class session or an Arena Sports Birthday Party package.

How far in advance should I request an auction donation?

Please submit your application at least six weeks prior to when the certificate is needed to allow sufficient time for review, follow-up, and preparation. While applications submitted closer to the deadline are accepted, fulfillment cannot be guaranteed.

How do I redeem an auction certificate?

Contact or visit the facility you would like to book for help reserving a party or class. You will need to bring in the certificate to finalize the booking.

What are the eligibility requirements to receive an Arena Sports scholarship?

To apply for a scholarship, please provide documentation of financial assistance approval (state, federal, or other – one document required) and a brief letter outlining how this scholarship would specifically benefit you. Complete the application form, and a manager will contact you within five business days.


When can I apply for a scholarship?

Scholarship applications are accepted year-round. However, scholarship distribution is seasonal and dependent on the specific league, class, or camp schedule.

Can I apply again if I was denied a scholarship?

Applications can be resubmitted in a new season. Please verify if updated documentation is required before your next submission.

What does availability look like to host a fundraiser, and how far out do I need to plan?

Fundraisers are held Wednesday through Friday at our facilities in Issaquah and Mill Creek. Availability depends on the time of year and whether other events or parties have been booked. You will work directly with our event coordinator to finalize those details. We recommend reaching out at least 6 to 8 weeks before your desired date. This will allow time for planning and for our marketing team to provide you with materials to promote the event.

How does an Arena Sports fundraiser work?

An Arena Sports fundraiser provides your guests with the opportunity to purchase a Family Entertainment Center play package. Fifty percent (50%) of the total revenue generated from the sale of these fundraising play packages will be donated to your organization.
To book a fundraiser event, email our group sales coordinator to get started. They will contact you to select a play package and finalize event details, including a fundraising flyer or other promotional materials, and more.
