How to Register A Team or as an Individual
Ready for the Adult League soccer season? Game On!
Welcome to Arena Sports Adult Soccer League registration! We can’t wait for you to join our friendly soccer community. Whether you’re an aspiring soccer star or simply want to enjoy the game and stay active, our leagues offer the perfect mix of competition and relaxation. Join a House Team as an individual, which consists of other individuals who are also looking for a team, or register your full team for your desired level and day of play. Get ready to experience the camaraderie and fun of playing soccer at Arena Sports!
Adult House Team Registration Process
Looking to play indoor soccer but don’t have a team? Arena Sports offers House Teams for Adult League players that you can join! If there are enough players to fill an entire team, we will form a House Team and provide you with all the necessary details, including an orientation before your first game. If not, we’ll do our best to place you with one of our private adult teams that might need an extra player. Follow this simple process to get signed up and start your soccer journey!
- To join an Arena Sports Adult League House Team, you must create a DASH Recreation Account.
- After you have successfully logged in, click “Register” in the left-hand menu. Choose the person you would like to register (add a new family member if needed) and choose your facility.
- Click “View” under “Adult Leagues.”
- Select your locations and “Free Agent/House Teams” in the “Skill Level” filter. Then select the league you would like to join.
- Click “Register” and answer the prompts. Click “Check-Out” to complete registration.
- Now it’s time to recruit some friends to play! House teams won’t form without a minimum of 10 players rostered, so do your part to help fill out the team.
- There may be a waiting period while we wait for other individuals to sign up so we can form a full team. One of our Adult League coordinators will follow up with you and keep you posted on team numbers.
- Assuming your house team forms, you’ll be invited to an orientation session where you’ll meet the team, choose your team name, learn the rules, and get your free House Team jersey.
More League Details
- Please note that this does not guarantee a spot on a team; House Teams often have a “bye” the first week of the season.
- Players pay an individual player fee of $192 plus tax.
- A current Arena Sports membership is required – $65/player or $140/family.
- Due to field inventory, some games may be scheduled on alternative days.
Adult League Team Registration Process
Beginning a new adult league soccer team has never been easier! Simply follow the easy steps outlined below to get started and bring your team together on the field.
- To create a new Arena Sports Adult League Team, you must create a DASH Recreation Account. Please remember to add all participating family members when registering.
- After you have successfully logged in, click “Register” at the top. Select the “Are you A team manager” box. Select yourself in the “Who are you registering” Drop down.
- Select your Location
- Select Adult Leagues
- Choose the appropriate gender and skill level for your team.
- Scroll until you find the best night of the week that works for your team and click “View” to start the team creation process.
- Name your team, then click “Create Team”.
- Once the team is created, you are now assigned as the Manager for this team. When you log in to your DaySmart dashboard, you will see this team in the menu and can click the “Manage Team” button to invite your players to join as well as message the team through our messaging system.
To re-enter a team from a previous season, please email your Adult League program manager to have them export your roster into the new season.

Issaquah
Our Issaquah facility is the perfect destination for all adults! Featuring an indoor field and a seasonal outdoor field, plus a full restaurant and bar to enjoy delicious food and drinks after every game. Bring out your inner child and play arcade games, escape rooms, and more at our family entertainment center!

Our expansive Mill Creek facility is known for its wide range of activities for both kids and adults. A full family entertainment center and two indoor fields make it a great spot for year-round soccer and entertainment in a modern, clean environment.
