Recommended for kids 6 and older. Any participant under 48″ tall must be guided by a parent or chaperone. Under any circumstances, if a participant does not fit the harness, then they will not be able to participate.

Custom Party Packages

We work with you to customize your party!

Drop-in Parties

Table Reservations Required for Weekend Drop-in Parties
Starting November 1, 2019

Drop-in Parties are not allowed in the lobby on Saturdays and Sundays. Instead, you may reserve a Party Table upstairs.

  • These tables are availble on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • At $75+tax per hour, you may reserve the table for up to three hours.

Reserving a Party Table prior to your party date: 

  • Call or visit the front desk to make a reservation.
  • Pre-ordering food from Moe’s Kitchen is available but must be paid in full to place the order.
  • On the day of your party, you must purchase everything at the front desk (attractions, extra food, drinks, etc.)
  • Party Table reservation includes: 3 tables with chairs, 1 party chart, party supplies (plates, cups, napkins, utensils & table cloth), a shared party server to help refill drinks, run food and clean up.
  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made 48 hours prior to your event, otherwise a refund will not be issued.

If you choose to not reserve a Party Table in advance, please understand that there may be a wait time. Upon your arrival, if the party tables are not available, we will provide a cart for your belonging (cakes, presents, etc.) while you start your festivities in the Family Entertainment Center.


Drop-in Parties prior to November 1st are welcome, but ask that you read the drop-in guidelines so you are well prepared for your celebration.

What to expect when you’re ready to party!

If you would like complimentary invitations to mail to your party guests, please contact your Party Coordinator for pickup arrangements.

After booking your birthday party, your Party Coordinator will contact you to review details: number of guests, food options, additional packages, birthday jersey, etc. If details change, don’t hesitate to contact an Arena Sports host or your Party Coordinator at any point before your party. Three to four days before your celebration, we’ll call to review all final plans.

Please have your guests arrive a few minutes early to make sure your party starts on time. We have lots of spaces for your guests to hangout until your field, and party room are available.

Our coaches follow our award-winning curriculum on the field, but special requests can be worked in. Please note, the party room will be available to you after your field time. Before that, you’ll have a designated area for gifts. If there is a party before yours, the room will be cleaned and prepared for you to enter.

Simply let us know (at least 48 hours in advance) what you’d like to order from Moe’s Kitchen and we’ll do the rest. Outside food is not allowed in our facilities, except for cake and ice cream. In addition, we’ll provide you with white table covers, paper plates, cups, napkins and plastic utensils.

Every guest is required to have a signed waiver before participating at an Arena Sports facility. If the participant is under the age of 18, the waiver must be signed by a legal parent or guardian. To expedite the process, you may create a profile and sign the waiver online.

Things change. We understand. However, by taking your reservation we exclude others from that spot – regardless of whether you host your party on that day, cancel or reschedule. Therefore, there is a $75 cancellation/rescheduling fee for party changes less than 15 days in advance.

The Arena Sports team is dedicated to providing the greatest party experience for you and your guests. The automatic service fees applied to party packages and food items help us provide the extra service and programming to meet your needs. Gratuities are not expected, however, if you find that we have exceeded your expectations, we would greatly appreciate your referral to friends and family. Gratuities are completely at the discretion of the guest, and if you choose to give your host/coach a gratuity, it would be much appreciated.
